Refunds
Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
Generally, direct digital downloads are not eligible for refunds in most jurisdictions. To assure buyer confidence, however, we can refund up to three digital downloads per user if you are unsatisfied. If you do not agree to this limitation, please do not purchase more than three items at once.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like the purchase price refunded, please send an email to request a refund with the following information and we will be happy to refund your purchase:
- A) Reason for requesting refund. (e.g. download did not work, script was defective, was not compatible with your software, was not happy with results, etc.)
- B) Confirmation that you have deleted the purchased product and a confirmation that you have not and will not be using it for any purpose for potential gain, either academic (such as use in developing an assignment) or commercial (including use in an office environment).
If you request a refund once and make subsequent purchases, this policy does not apply and refunds will only be made again if the fault is clearly on our end with the product and not because of user dissatisfaction.
